Be Careful - Scriptures for Seeing the Vision Through

Be Careful - Scriptures for Seeing the Vision Through

The enemy tries to get us to doubt where you are going because of where you've been. Don't feed into his schemes! Be careful not to compare yourself to others who seemingly are further along and have it all together. Be careful not to doubt the vision God gave you because of what a circumstance says. Be careful not to get discouraged by the timing. Though it tarries, wait for it!

I listed some scriptures for you to read aloud, confessing the word does wonders!

Scriptures on Comparing Ourselves to Others

2 Corinthians 10:12
For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

Proverbs 14:30
A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.

Scriptures on Getting Discouraged Before the Promise

Hebrews 10:36

For you have need of patience, that, after you have done the will of God, you might receive the promise.

Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Psalm 27:14
Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.

Though It Tarries, Wait for It

Habakkuk 2:3
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry

Lamentations 3:25-26
The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeks him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.

Psalm 37:7
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

Isaiah 30:18
And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.
